**Return Policy**

You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

**Eligibility for Return**
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

**Return Process**
1. Contact us at fittonavigate@gmail.com to initiate a return.
2. If accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item.
3. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

**Damages and Issues**
Inspect your order upon receipt. If it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at fittonavigate@gmail.com to address the issue.

**Non-returnable Items**
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
- Sale items or gift cards

**European Union 21-day Cooling-off Period**
For items shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, contact us at fittonavigate@gmail.com.

**Exchanges**
To exchange an item, return the original item following the return process. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
